Thank you for pointing this out. I just joined myself because I wanted to be a part of the writing challenge in August. But like you, I have been getting the earn money and referral program prompts. I have not written to any publication before or gotten paid for any content so it is hard for someone like me to know what our content is actually worth. But I loath MLM deeply and thanks to you, I see the similarities clearly now.
